CROWDMARK SUBMISSIONS – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ

To make the account, follow the instructions at this link the first time you are trying to submit homework using the submission links sent to your email: https://crowdmark.com/help/claiming-your-account/

On the Crowdmark sign-in page, click the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions to reset your password. If this does not work, then email the complete homework to the teacher and notify them that the reset password did not work. This way our admin can follow up with Crowdmark to resolve the issue.

Yes, please resubmit to the same homework link by the new deadline specified by the teacher. Attempts to submit after the deadline will fail so kindly let us know if you will be unable to resubmit by the deadline.

Step 1 – Make sure to submit the homework at least 10-15 minutes prior to the deadline.

Step 2 – When submitting homework to Crowdmark, make sure that you receive a homework submitted successfully message. If you do not receive this message, then please continue trying to submit, making sure to wait long enough for the pictures to be uploaded or trying to upload them from a different device.

Step 3 – If you are still having issues, then as a last resort please email the homework to the entire Math Project team by “Replying All” to the latest performace report email, before the deadline, along with a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Math Project will look into the issue and extend the Crowdmark deadline for you to resubmit.

NOTE: Math Project will not begin grading until the homework is submitted on to Crowdmark.

The homework may not be graded due to one of the following reasons:

  • incomplete
  • illegible
  • not submitted in a portrait orientation
  • blurry
  • not uploaded in the proper assessment folder

If you do not receive the successful submission notification, then please keep trying to submit to Crowdmark until you receive it. If you receive an error message, try submitting from a different device. If that does not resolve the issue then please email the complete homework to the teacher before the deadline along with the screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Math Project will look into the issue and extend the Crowdmark deadline for you to resubmit.

Please send an email to support@mathproject.ca and admin@mathproject.ca stating the new email address you would like to have the links sent to. Please note that there can only be one email address associated with each student for Crowdmark. You will also need to update the email address in your Crowdmark account profile.
